So the last two weeks of February were really good for me on the meditation front. I tried to use the calm app every day even if it was just two minutes. I think it has made a huge difference because I can feel the benefits of doing it more regularly and that in turn makes me want to do more. Also knowing that if I don’t manage or forget during the day I can do two minutes before bed and that’s better than nothing.
The calendar view of progress really helps too because I love seeing those little day squares go green! I’m excited about continuing the journey in March and getting my zen on!
